@Pipppero2007 : Just used OfficeRTool to download, install, convert retail2VL and KMS activate (D.I.C.K.) Office ProPlus 2019 16.0.12527.21594, en-US, x64 from Current distribution channel on Windows 7 (all Win-Updates 'til now installed) I erased existing Office by using OfficeScrubber from abbodi1406. Installation, conversion and activation went through without any problems. I suggest to scrub any Office remnants and try again.
Expect a new OfficeRTool version the next days (after testing channel 5030841D-C919-4594-8D2D-84AE4F96E58E is finished): --> Checking channel: Production_LTSC2021 New Build available: 16.0.13801.20224 LkgBuild: 16.0.13801.20188
For Win10 I used the latest build download with OfficeRTool and I installed fine with YAOCTRI, no issue. For the two different Win7 pc's, they are not updated like yours, but they had BypassESU so they are updated, say, until 6 months ago, and they never had any office installed, I use the same tools OfficeRTool for the latest good build for Win7 and tried to use YAOCTRI just like I did on Win10. I always have that "Cannot find the file C:\Programs files\Common files\Microsoft Shared\ClickToRun\OfficeClickToRun.exe". Can you show me, step by step, what you did on your Win7? Maybe I have to follow a different path instead of what I did with Win10? PS: If I try to install with OfficeRTool instead with YAOCTRI, I have the same result, same error as described above.
Internal cdn is live too Code: 86752282-5841-4120-AC80-DB03AE6B5FDB | Microsoft_LTSC2021 this one is not live yet Code: 12F4F6AD-FDEA-4D2A-A90F-17496CC19A48 | Insiders_LTSC2021
What is the advantage of using YAOCTRI instead that just OfficeRTool for the installation on Win 10 and on Win 7? Why the needs of use YAOCTRI? I just ask to understand I have nothing against YAOCTRI.
I installed with tool 2019. It was running fine but today I got the updating dialog which fails. I got the new rtool. It doesn't have an 'update office' options like the screenshot? Should I allow click to run have internet access?
I apologize if this has already been asked, but I'm having a bit of trouble discerning which particular steps I should be following. I've used the official Office Click-to-Run application to install Microsoft 365 for Business Apps (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Publisher). Am I correct in surmising that the next [and only] thing to do is run scripts found in post #555? (Right click on C2R-R2V and "Run as Administrator"?) What's the difference between C2R>VL and KMS_VL_ALL? 3/9/2021 Update: Did a bit more reading and figured it out! For anybody lost like me, the C2R>VL script converts the retail install which would require retail licenses to one that can have a volume license applied to it. Then KMS_VL_ALL script then applies and activates those volume licenses. In my case, since I had Microsoft 365 Apps for Business, as a Mondo 2016 license.
Hi guys, for several years I have been reading this forum with interest and admiration, you are fantastic! This is the first time I'm writing and I'm really excited! I need to install Office 2019 with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and OneNote apps only. I would like a stable version that doesn't get updated often, so I thought the best version for me might be Office 2019 VL (cause it did not receive new feature updates and is officially able to be KMS activated). If I understood correctly, the only channel officially supported on this release is Perpetual2019VL. Any other release are Retail to VL conversion and this is not officially supported. Correct me if I'm wrong. Now, I tried OfficeRTool and I loved that tool, but I don't understand how to download the mentioned Office 2019 VL from Perpetual2019VL. Cause it seems that this channel is not included in the list of OfficeRTool. And while the Perpetual2019VL is stopped at 2018 build, it has OneNote 2019? Cause I remember that in 2018 OneNote was not installed with Office. Also, would you recommend me to install this release, or to opt for another channel? Thank you very much for all of your work through the years!
Thank you for your reply! Yeah, I know that OneNote 2016 is the latest, but now Microsoft renamed it to simply OneNote. I remember that when Office 2019 came out, OneNote was not installed along with the other apps and they only recently included OneNote again along with the other apps. Correct me if I'm wrong Regarding the other questions I asked, what advice can you give me?
Yes, at some point, OneNote was excluded from installation for both Office 365 and Office 2019 (unless you use ODT) but they decided to revive it and it's back
I have finally found the way to download PerpetualVolume Office 2019 from OfficeRTool: - At "Set Channel-Index-X": M - At "Set Channel": 9 (Production::LTSC) All good, but... OfficeRTool returns an error 400 while download stream.x64.it-IT.dat.cat file! I suspect there has been some change for the Production::LTSC channel in the CDN... For now I think that I will opt for the Semi Annual (Business) channel or download Volume directly with ODT.
Yeah, I know, but I wanted to be able to download it specifically from OfficeRTool to satisfy my OCD But seems that OfficeRTool download of Perpetual2019 is broken (can someone notify the developer? Ratzlefatz?)... Also I haven't downloaded yet YAOCTRU. At this point I download Perpetual2019 with ODT, it is quite simple. However, what problems would I have if I try to install the SemiAnnual (Production:: DC)? If I understand correctly, the ProPlus2019 can be installed with this Channel as Retail and then converted to VL, but in fact this is not a method that officially exists. So I think MS could easily spot these "non-compliant" installations and block them. As is already happening with the "Get Genuine" banner. For this reason I believe that installing a Volume version to be activated with KMS is somehow more "up to standard" and therefore more difficult to detect. Am I wrong?
Anyone else seeing frequent appcrashes of "Office Subscription Licensing Hearbeat" in the logs and/or Reliability History of Windows?
Hello, on my Windows 10 Enterprise (activated) I used OfficeRTool to download and install Word, Excel, Powerpoint, OneNote. KMS activation fails with message: keine instanzen verfügbar keine instanzen verfügbar activation failed removing kms activation file exclusions from windows 10 ... keine instanzen verfügbar = no instances available Any suggestions? Thanks Enomine
