The guide is for the installation part only. For activation part you need to Run KMS_VL_ALL after this step.

Hello, I can't install Office either by C2R or by any other way. KMS_VL_ALL doesn't work too. Is it a general problem after a recent Windows update?
Most of the times, I get an activation success message with KMS_VL_ALL but the office is not activated. Other times, the error message is that no key was found. With the office tool plus, I manage to activate it but just for the first run (2016 Mondo). Then I have to run the activation process again. I have purged and reinstalled it multiple times and tried with every tool. I have also noticed that the activation is lost on a friend's pc also today.
