What is the difference b/w OfficeClicktoRun.exe and setup.exe (in Set Install Method)? I used setup.exe for installation and I see Office Click-to-Run service running in Task Manager. Is this normal? Is there a way to get rid of this service or this is a necessary service?

Can anyone get Office 2013-2019 C2R Install v7.3.2b2 to work to active Visio LTSC 2021? It works to activate Office 2021 LTSC but not Visio package unfortunately
