Going nuts trying to under stand the tools to get Office 2021+ Visio And Project VL EN_GB x64, anybody have a link to pre-created ISO ( or clear idiots guide ) that they would share through PM if rules disallow showing it in the open, would be appreciated ?

Hello I am not familiar with the nuances of office and thought it would be simple. I used office 2016 retail installation image and YAOCTRIR to install Office 2016Pro Plus. Then I used C2R-R2V and activated with ProPlus VL 2016 key. Activation went ok. The next day I clicked find updates inside Word.To my surprise office now requires a key for the 2019 version. I found one, but the thing is I want the 2016 VL version installed. And it updated to 2019. Does C2R-R2V change the license off 2016 to 2019, or did I do something wrong and yet I can get a working 2016 VL somehow? Can OfficeRTool do this? OfficeRTool shows this activation info. On the other hand, I definitely used the VL_MAK keys. It's Windows 7 Pro, and programs&features shows Office 2016 installed, I don't understand anything. Ok, reading the YAOCTRI readme I thought it was impossible to install VL from a Retail image and that the only option was to use thenC2R-R2V. I will try. I just don't understand where the Off 2019 license came from? This is a new installation of Windows. The first installation of office I think that's what I did, without success. Will try a fresh install from scratch again. Thank you.
Ok. I installed the package from scratch and so far everything is ok - installed Off 2016 with VL license. I guess I was blind that I didn't see the YAOCTRI_Configurator2016.cmd file in the folder(And I downloaded the whole zip of BatUtil-master)But in the readme it doesn't clearly say to use this script for the VL version. Holly crap. i have been do this stuff for years, but i have been reading for hours and still can not find info weather i can install Office 2019 on windows 8.1. Can anyone tell me if it is possible to install Office 2019 on Windows 8.1 before i uninstall my Office 2013 and try these scripts. Need outlook 2019 or higher because of Google new login rules for e-mail clients starting at end of this month. I am pretty sure OfficeRtool only supports Office 2016 on windows 8.1 I think wotok_mdl.cmd supports Office 2019 on windows 8.1, but not sure what is needed or the steps involved. I see the click to run scripts but not sure which Office version i should select for Windows 8.1 or if it matters. I have Office Pro Plus 1808 img, or 1809 setup files with the wotok script. Was looking for info about them before i try but i would like to read and know the steps will/should work before i try it, i hate trial and error. Just not finding steps for Windows 8.1 and Office 2019. So if anyone can point me in the right direction or tell it not possible that would be great. I have a problem, since I begin to use ESC chars, for new version of officeRTool. it not look so good under Win 7, 8. Need alternative that will work good without using PS. I am Open for Suggestion.
