Some time ago I installed office 2021 via c2r tool. Yesterday I needed some help about an excel function and noticed that the help system is disabled. Is that normal or did I do something wrong during installation? There is a way to have a working office 2021 help system?
Hi I have 2 questions - if anyone have the actual answer would appreciate his response. Question No.1: My LICENSE NAME is showing VL MAK AE2 but LICENSE DESCRIPTION is showing Retail (MAK) channel HOW IS THAT POSSIBLE? The iso was genuine (tested) MSDN Retail Office 2021 ProPlus. after installation it was converted to VL by github converter cmd file. Then it was activated using Office21ProPlus2021VL_MAK_AE2 key. Question No.2: Why it is showing "BETA EXPIRATION: 01-Jan-1601" ? what does it mean? Note: The product is activated and working fine but I am really puzzled with the activation status. It looks like you used the public key for the Preview version. It has expired, so the activation period may not be displayed. For some reason, you censored the last digits of the key, which do not compromise the key itself. Because of this, there is no way to check the public test key with yours. The peculiarity is that LTSC = Volume. The Retail designation is dummy for such a key.

Officially, 2021 does not provide for this. Nor will it correct other entries about the original product. If you want the "correct product", then it is better to reinstall using a scrubber / cleaning licenses. There will be no "official" ISO for VL (LTSC), so either online or self-packaged. Who told you that? the configuration below will download you pure ProPlus2021Volume (use ODT) Your installed Office is Retail only License has been changed to Volume, is not activated is just a licensed, download volume ProPlus2021Volume and reinstall.
