Up to now this offers another Office Version 16.0.10325.20025 (last checked July 03, 2018). Official "Insider FAST" distribution channel has: 16.0.10325.20017. Of course you can enter any of the other "MS internal use only" location-id's ( if you know them ). Important Update: Most Microsoft "internal use only" channel ID's now available. @all: In case you had a former version already installed and internal update (menu -> file -> account -> update option -> update now) doesn't show the new version, then run "regedit", look for and remove current entry: HKLM\SOFTWARE\Policies\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Common\OfficeUpdate After deleting this key, start Word (or any other Office app) and try update again. Now it will work.
The i640.cab of 16.0.7628.1000 is also bad , so i don't install it , wait the next build(16.0.7712.1000) and try . I also download 16.0.7668.2033 and compare what difference with other 5 channel .
Newest Insider Fast 16.0.7112.1000 is available. File "i640.cab" is ok! Package can be downloaded/installed by O2016RTool. @Microsoft: Are all your quality assurance experts already out for xmas holidays? @all: If someone gets the idea, just to take "i640.cab" from another version/distribution channel, it may not work. I assume, you can't interchange file "i640.cab" between different versions/distribution channels, because of a version dependend hash-checksum. Hi all, I have Office 2016 Pro Plus installed, using Office Toolkit/AutoKMS it has activated and is working as desired. However when I click the "Check" button in the Toolkit it shows 2 Office versions - my 2016 as well as my old "Office15" (which was uninstalled long ago) with a status of Activated, this now causes an error in Windows Event Viewer every 2hrs (the Skuid matches the old Office15): The rules engine reported a failed VL activation attempt. Reason:0xC004F074 AppId = 0ff1ce15-a989-479d-af46-f275c6370663, SkuId = b322da9c-a2e2-4058-9e4e-f59a6970bd69 Trigger=NetworkAvailable How can I remove the traces of the old Office that it's detected (i've tried searching myself and removing traces of "Office15" but it still hasn't helped) or how can I tell Office Toolkit/AutoKMS to ignore the old version. Running Windows 10 64bit. Thanks. UPDATE: Manage to figure out how to remove the old product key myself using command prompt commands: cscript.exe slmgr.vbs /dlv all to determine the Activation ID of the old Office/Key. and then slmgr.vbs /upk [activation key here] Thanks all.
