I'll just wait another month or 2 to install 1809 on the Main Rig or main test rig.
Just waiting for MS the RS5 insiders & other Guinea Pigs to test it more to be satisfied I wont have any problems.
I generally will always wait on a new final version.

I would assume so, but when scanning with WUMT against Microsoft update, I can see 2018-11 Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1809 for x64-based Systems (KB4467708).
I am currently on 177603.107 installed manually via KB4464455-v2, base ISO 17763.1, not IP.
So it might need to reset some flags to make the transition from what is perceived by MU as IP.
I don't have much time right now but will test in the next few hours, if the new release is not retired once more.

I am having a strange issue while copy-pasting anything on my machine.

I copy a file or folder and then right click to paste, the paste option is disabled.

When I copy any text from a notepad/word/browser/anywhere, after pasting it in another notepad, the following text gets pasted:

There is no issue on Control Panel\All Control Panel Items\Security and Maintenance\Reliability Monitor

But after restarting the PC, I can copy-paste again.

But then if I restart my PC, the same issue comes back. Another restart, and there is no issue.

I am on W10 Pro build 17763.107

Could you help with this?
