There are 2 different versions of KB4464455. You want the 1 released on 30 OCT. 30 OCT will get you 17763.107. Also install SSU KB4465477 1st before CU.

Yeah sorry it was a typo, yes what I meant was 755. 775 Don't even exist. Anyway, I've checked the 3 updates that I've(we've) integrated, CU, SSU and Flash. All 3 don't contain the updates I received from Windows update, I wonder why they didn't include them in CU whatsoever.
This month(November) Flash update won't replace last one(Ocboter, which also didn't replaced any of the previous ones). But this one replaces September and previous ones
