This month(November) Flash update won't replace last one(Ocboter, which also didn't replaced any of the previous ones). But this one replaces September and previous ones

Always SSU first, then CU.

 

Hmm, depends on; a fresh install needs the new SSU, but on my systems already running 17763.104 the SSU wasn't offered. Install of CU/Flash went still smooth.

 

I'm suprised not to see the .107 changes mentioned in .135 since the .107 CU was never publicly released.
Shouldn't they mention the fixes for files deletion on upgrade and or the .zip / explorer problems that were fixed?

You will never see something named SSU offered, in WU it installed when you get CU.

 

Interesting. SSU wasn't offered but still installed manually (now shows up in history) .

 

I know. Still the KB4465664 wasn't offered when checking. Thing is ... i do not use WU for update installs .

which is the current dynamic update?

 

The only 1809 DU available is for updating the iso, there is no need for it.
