That sometimes happens when you have installed updates manually.. WU picks them up again, but installs them usually in no time because they're actually installed.
So it appears they just pure lazy, and put the .107 cab into the Update folder without real integration streaming? Nice. I'm going to keep the original .1 ISO then.
Is not related to the way you install updates. Every time system components/features are added after CU install, WU will re-offer the CU and only update the new components via delta updates which are quite small compared to the whole CU.
Must love those extravagant judgements, not based on any fact, it ran fine, only when upgrading with a 17763.1 iso/esd it deleted files in some scenario.

Still not fixed bug "Random brightness reset after restart on some laptop" Task manager and audio bug is fixed.
