Download the MVS Consumer or Business ISO instead of an iso you don't want. You can't convert LTSC to Pro. Pro is on the MVS/TB Consumer and Business ISO.

The only close solutions i got was some scripts to collect images of spotlight but they only work if you have seen the images via spotlight. so won't work for ltsb/ltsc products... its interesting that no one wanted spotlight work on ltsc but me :/ so there is no solution...

I am starting to doubt MSFT will release MVS iso's except the ones on Techbench. @mkuba50 posted that they already deleted the Server Essentials 2019 Oct. Refresh iso information from the MVS website.

I'm not entirely convinced that the English-International is the same as English-United Kingdom usually found on MSDN?
I've downloaded and installed English-International, and can confirm it's exactly the same as my previous English-United Kingdom. Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\Nls\Language shows installLanguage as 0809. Many thanks for your help!
Only ARM64 Volume is available, at least WZOR didn't post them. ARM64 Consumer is are available here, in ESD: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-esd-repository.59082/#post-992532 The only MVS iso's released are on Techbench (consumer only).
