    I just downloaded the tool that was on his website don't even know how to get or download the latest API. Anyway, I got the ISO from his cloud mail server now so all good

    Make sure IPv6 isn't disabled. MS Edge nor any other MS apps that require internet connection will function with IPv6 disabled.

    I came across this problem. Simply disabling IPv6 protocol on the adapter connected to the internet can sometimes cause apps to fail internet connect while they work fine with it enabled, even if my 3rd party firewall has rules to block ipv6 traffic. It's similar with Defender Firewall (but no ipv6 rules block while enabled).

    I'll have to monitor it to confirm if having the 3rd party Fwall with ipv6 blocking keeps causing no trouble as long as the protocol isn't disabled. Because while everything is working, it's possible to disable the ipv6 protocol without the app problem showing immediately.

    I can confirm this as well. My brightness is reduced to 50% randomly upon startup.
