Probably something changed or temp UUP url's, here are all needed and current updates listed with direct download links: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-hotfix-repository.57050/page-352#post-1488250
They don't update the ISO every update. It tends to get an update midway to 2/3 of the way to the next release, but that's not a solid thing.
When you got the 1809 build offered on WU, you get 17763.107 ESD (public) or 17763.1 UUP (IP) with separate updates, the biggest update will be the current public x64 CU (kb4469342): Code: Name: windows10.0-kb4469342-x64_CU_17763.168.1.10.cab Size: 121842901 bytes (116 MiB) CRC32: 40645310 CRC64: 7DFC3B3CCA812FA3 SHA256: ACA32C81D3747214535F609A39770911B4317464B31C78A684B98A6BED4649BF SHA1: 441B561E714F6CF0DA36784F73A6B95CCE3F9CB0 BLAKE2sp: 4331C60E777E755B50B0E4B4C5D8B06732A9B23C7339738C50D0EF5AB763D364

Hi, I still don't see 1809 on WU. Running on 1803 17134.441 Enterprise. Haven't applied any antispy thingies. Any way to force WU to get 1809? Thanks.
Maybe it's blocked on your specific device, if you happen to have some of the gear Microsoft doesn't think is fully compatible. I have another PC that has a HD4850 antique card running 1803 and I'm pretty sure 1809 was blocked on it because AMD is trash at supporting their products with drivers (for context, the 2008 HD4800 series didn't even get drivers for 8.1, meanwhile the GTX 8800 released in 2006 (!!!)has Windows 10 drivers dated Dec. 2016).
A matter of configuration . When wanting performance and stability while working with lots of tabs, this comes with a price. In quantum the main process was separated from running web content in several tabs (codename electrolysis). This behavior can be configured via Settings/General/Performance, just remove the check mark before 'Use recommended performance settings' to be able to set desired 'Content process limit', default value is 4. To disable the multi process option, in about:config set browser.tabs.remote.autostart to False. I'm running Firefox with Sync on my desktop (default: 4 processes) and notebook (decreased: 2 processes) with 20 static tabs (others are opened temporarily). On the notebook it uses ~1,2 GB from 4 GB available.
