DO NOT disable ny parts of NetFX 4.7 or else the whole thing will be gone. In other Win10 versions, you could partially disable some NetFX features, but in 1809 it will mess your OS entirely because there will be no way to restore NetFX without OS re-install. Even install of Preview 4.8 won't do it. PowerShell will not start and neither will any Netflix-dependent apps. MSCOREE.DLL will always be missing.

Guys I have one question about Windows 10 ISOs (official): For the normal Windows 10 (Home/Pro...) there is the original 1809 (xxx.1) + the re-release 1809 V2 (Oct - xxx.107) and now the brand new 1809 V3 (Dec -xxx.194). I Know that. But is it the same for LTSB 2019 (1809) ? There is the LTSB 2019 (1809) released with the orginial 1809 (fail). But is there a V2 and V3 for LTSB 2019 like normal edition, or is there only LTSB 2018 V1 (xxx.1)? Does .107 LTSB 2019 exist? Does .194 LTSB 2019 exist? ... Thanks
Afaik there won't be any refresh iso's for LTSC 2019. MS released V2 (.107) for LTSC because V1 (.1) was a failure.
