I assume the difference is Desktop experience? Some editions have it while others do not?
After doing the latest CU has anyone had vsync issues with nvidia GPU? Before the update I didnt have any issues gaming in 4k but after, vertical tearing seems pretty bad.
On a side note, that article also mentions the "don't check for updates manually because you'll get updates that aren't ready for prime time yet" thing.. didn't MS clearly explain this isn't the case, and the only reason an update isn't automatically pushed before Patch Tuesday is because it AIN'T PATCH TUESDAY YET?
That is not evidence of it being a bad update, it just shouldn't have been installed automatically, concerning business environments who don't want it installed automatically. It's still available for people who want it, on WU, WSUS and Catalog.
upgrade your NVIDIA video driver and check G-Sync settings, specially if your monitor is FreeSync or G-Sync compatible and if connected through DisplayPort make sure these options are enabled in your monitor and in NVIDIA display seettings.
