Alright, it seems that with proper 3D support, Windows and the drivers don't do transparency properly. With the Basic Microsoft VGA driver the Action Center doesn't exhibit the bug, but you also don't get the full range of FX. Once I install the Nvidia driver, the bug's back.

when it comes to windows i say yes...the more options u enable the more resources it consumes...but if u have a powerful CPU and plenty on memory u should be ok

I am on Version 1809 Build 17763 Windows Enterprise LTSC Evaluation Does KMS_VL_ALL not work with this version? I am guessing no based on this post. However, what can I do to have an LTSC/B/Enterprise version without time base evaluation?

well windows store is messed up , for store to install i need to have firewall service enabled which is permanently disabled. defender also greyed out ...anyway to restore it without having to reinstall the original stuff again ! the below commands to restore store items also needs firewall service....dunno why. Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"} I need redstone 6 update to restore all the corrupted files..... ( scf /scannow ) not fully working.
