Greetings from England! Despite being pretty technically minded, I have been trying to find a LTSC x64 ISO for nearly 15 hours - I am about ready to offer a bounty to anyone that can provide a link to an ISO I can create a bootable USB with. Enthousiast very kindly provided the link cloud.mail.ru/public/5wHc/36wiw2XfM in post 5801 above, but the files seem to be corrupt as after several downloads, I cannot extract the ISO from the archive. (Also, their file names state 'consumer edition' instead of LTSC - which I may be wrong but that doesn't sound correct. The other link Enthousiast kindly provided 'all LTSC releases are listed' has some code boxes and expandable spoilers but I can not seem to find a link to any ISO's? Looking through hundreds of posts and threads like the 'Windows 10 SVF Repository,' I see references to things like MSDN/UUP/SVF/ESD but rarely any ISO's and no ISO's for LTSC. I *think* the latest version for LTSC x64 Windows 10 1809 is RS5 possibly 17763.316 or 17763.379 - but finding a link to an ISO has taken me nearly 15 hours so far. Am I being stupid? I would be eternally grateful if anyone could provide a 'direct' link to an ISO I can use Rufus to create a bootable USB from. Thank you so so much in advance if any one can help!! Cheers!
@Enthousiast I have been looking for the Repo you are reoffering to in your previous post, but seem not to see it. can you please point it to me? Thank you
sha1 of the main iso -- en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso -- is different than original. if i'm right it is now - c909895d1763796c1b1a98d8f673b977595e8111 Is it safe to proceed with this?
My post, you quoted, was about the builds LTSC was released in. But this is from MVS Dump: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...-17763-xxx-pc-rs5.77945/page-246#post-1504448 Code: aa7eb4719fae8a5de44a48690423847a6f86a8d7 *en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso Full checksums: Code: Name: en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso Size: 5320898560 bytes (5074 MiB) CRC32: 0B249CD9 CRC64: 1C538DFDF7D05C0D SHA256: 216D0BB3B8E5F0328B833E0D8320D2763863F7042283CAA1BFD400E2ED837FF0 SHA1: AA7EB4719FAE8A5DE44A48690423847A6F86A8D7 BLAKE2sp: F75B6F29EAD7B1A7EDD2CEC19CE43210C48C472D80B3988D8BAECD1E601B75D0 Seems your iso is not correct.
Well, too bad. I downloaded it from your last link of that build 17763.316. Thanks for the fast reply.
You hashed the rar where the iso is in: Code: Name: en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_feb_2019_x64_dvd_258dbd0b.iso.rar Size: 4638036577 bytes (4423 MiB) SHA1: C909895D1763796C1B1A98D8F673B977595E8111 Unpack and you will get the correct iso.
@Enthousiast Curiosity made me follow the steps you described and all worked fine, although I don't need this ISO
I am bumping this one because this is the latest LTSC. And I don't know why it's not on the first page... this should be a sticky !!!
Ok, my bad... But honestly, all of this needs a little bit of explanation... between mvs, svf, iso, ltsc, N versions sometimes bundled, sometimes not, build numbers, sku's... My god...
= MyVisualStudio (official msft iso release platform/channel) aka MSDN before. can be used to create iso's, made from a source iso and a target iso. = ISO = Enterprise 2019 LTSC only the re-release iso (17763.107) doesn't contain N*. = edition name specification. * N editions are not a feature but crippled by EU law enforcement.
@Enthousiast I thought I could be wise and use the September updated ISO (en-gb_windows_10_consumer_editions_version_1809_updated_sept_2019_x64_dvd_3ee23238.iso) to lead me, using the Consumer to LTSC for Feb Repo, to get an updated LTSC for September, But I failed to extract the ISO. Is there any work out on this? Thank you for any idea
Why do you think that a sept. 2019 refresh iso can be used to create a sept updated LTSC? A svf patch is made from a source iso and a target iso, the patch is the difference between the two of them. SVF patches are not updates, to be able to do what you suggest is first make an updated LTSC iso and create the patch, using the updated LTSC iso as target and the sept. updates consumer iso.
