LTSC does not receive refreshed isos. It is better to create your own updated iso anyway. The iso is much smaller. You can use W10UI and WHDownloader for this.
One can also replace WHDownloader for this very handy and up-to-date list that @Enthousiast threw together. 1809 updates

For 2019 LTSC 17763.107 you can simply download the mentioned EVAL ISO and the svfsfx exe patch from here: https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/windows-10-svf-repository.63324/page-138#post-1483627 just put the exe patch and the eval source iso in the same folder and run the exe patch. The amount of updates will be the exact same as with 17763.316.
