No brother you need only LTSC iso from pastebin link of this post spoiler which is in en-us English US Language.
if you want iso to convert to your needed language then you need svf patch from the same post second spoiler.

Latest LTSC 2019 iso is 17763.316 Re Release build March 2019 .
If you want to update the iso to the latest then you can download W10UI from Abbodi1406 brother profile signature & WhDownloader -(Search on this forum) to download all the updates CU, Net Framework Security Update , SSU , Flash Update etc from Win10 Updates List in WHDownloader exact 17763 lines seen Right Side.

Thanks for a wonderful tool. I like that it can be done without installing an app at all.

Question, I managed to integrate the 5 recent updates into my LTSC directory. I saved a copy of it in my drive. If there is a subsequent Windows update, can I integrate the single update or do I have to start with all 6?
