Internet connection and MS account REQUIRED for windows 11 home...

    Maybe they use the already existing "Roaming profile" feature for that (used for domain accounts). Roaming accounts are cached locally, in case the PDC/BDC/whatever domain controller is not available. How long? No idea.

    Does anyone know how to skip the network screen during OOBE? I can't even get to the offline account creation because it won't let me past the 'connect to network' screen. Am on official ISO .132, have tried disableing network adapters and using autounattend.xml, but still won't let me past that screen. ALT+F4 used to let me past this.
