Is there a browser that have mobile/android-like mode?
so i could just put in YouTube in the corner of my screen and play same videos and still have access to all features
no to need to scroll to find all the features

What is controlling that is the user-agent string of the browser.

You can search if there is a plugin that can switch it to a mobile one.
AFAIK FF has one 'mobile view switcher'.

Alternatively you can go to developer options of the browser. At FF press F12. There you can test several mobile screen resolutions for mobiles in portrait mode. (ctrl+shift+m)

Dunno what you exactly want to arrange. Why not open 2 instances of the browser simultaneously and arrange them on your desktop?

Just tried dev mode in FF.
Press F12 and then ctrl+shift+m. There you also can have it. You even can choose several mobile devices.
    Maybe it's better. :)
