KMS-QADhook: (will shut down after activation completed) is for Local device' self-activation ONLY. Because it was injected into other process and has no physical network connection with remote devices. KMS-HGM: (will always runs if installed as Service) is normal independent KMS Server installed on physical device, so it can activate Localhost and other remote devices.
