    But I have two proposion :
    1. You can add Office 2016 in your KMS ?
    2. You can target Office folder in other way : $OEM$\Setup\Script\Office with your SetupComplete.cmd, because I use a recovery method and I auto-install a block telemetry and I want Office* auto-install also.

    (* Office ProPlus + Visio + Project)

    Hi there, nice work.. just a question, in a unattended installation, do i have to exclude "files/directory" for Antivirus (eset endpoint) or disable "self defense" ? thx.

    This tool is for Volume only.

    If you install Volume editions (or manually converted Retail to Volume), and if this tool is compatible with your System, it will be able to activate.

    I do not know much about     Antivirus. But I have never heard of such an issue.

    You had better try and see it yourself.
