That may be true, but the problem hasn't been fixed so any good result is an error. I suspect that Aida will have to update their method of testing L3 performance with windows 11.
Microsoft has already confirmed the problem and it will be fixed sometime in October l3 performance is low plus preferred core is not being used right on amd CPU
What kind of driver? Does it have anything to do with L3 or CPPC preferred cores, or do you mean a graphics card driver?
You (and anyone else) can request it from AMD freely, or wait for them to publicly release it. I don't imagine it'll be under some kind of NDA.
Not sure why your responding on his behalf, but anyway, I did ask them, and they said they did not have it at hand to share, and that it will be released on their site in the near future, and I could download it then... I have rephrased my question, and have asked again. If I get the file, I will share it.
