Is it fine if I install those updates? In "Important" page there's no update for Windows, but it's only for Microsoft Office (currently using Office 2013). I've been using latest SiMPLiX UpdatePack yesterdays ago. Screenshot attached on below.
Those are replaced, superseded updates or to satisfy WU (except the drivers), you can either hide or install them.

I don't have much experience with embedded OS's, here is a beta script that has the option for ThinPC included, can you try, and install the ISO? W7_x86_Thin_PC.rar ps, i've updated my previous post with the same progress but now i allowed simplix updatepack to run
Thanks. Used LTSB.x86, iso created OK. Changed ei.cfg with the one from ThinPC iso. Setup started OK to language page. After that: "Windows cannot find the Microsoft Software License Terms." error. Sorry, dont have 5 posts to post an URL.
