    As I said, I'm a novice. All I need is some information on whether or not I can replace that version with Murphy's version???

    We do not recommend using homebrews no matter who did them, at least murphy doesn't seem to release any lately.

    Get an untouched MS ISO and start over.

    I have Murphy's version already. Can't I start from that or do I have to start from the bottom???

    Now what? Title says Edge vanished, then you pretend to be a rookie that uses Internet Explorer.

    Seems MrX is correct.

    make a second partition in the HDD/SSD, move your personal things there, and install new Windows versión from scratch in the main partition.
