1- As I know Debug/Checked builds are only in English. 2- All Windows Vista ISOs include multiple editions (aside than Enterprise only ISOs). Multi-SKU ISOs are also include Ultimate SKU.
First *.iso > the source file that shows for a specific *.svf file - if you have it but as a *.svf file instead of as a *.iso file, maybe start extracting/decode this on first. These "Matryoshka doll" svf's can be a little tricky to understand first time, why i gave you links to all needed files from the cloud.mail repository.
