    Hi guys i was searching how to change package state "Staged" so i can remove it, and couldn't find much. Anyone knows? I updated Windows 10 Iot enterprise to latest patch. And started to remove some things.

    I found in registry: HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Component Based Servicing\Packages\Microsoft-Windows-WMPNetworkSharingService-Package~31bf3856ad364e35~amd64~~10.0.19041.3636

    Value name: Current State
    And in mum file Staged

    Those are connected?

    I will answer myself, was playing with it and what i found:
    To remove "staged" package state u need to change "staged" to "detect" in xml mum file, and change in registry value "CurrentState" to decimal 112.
    U need to also make package visible change defvis and visibility and delete owners also. Maybe someone will find it helpfull.

    Deleting the owner’s folders is sufficient for Windows to allow the removal of a package.

    So what are people using now that MSMG Toolkit is no longer being developed? Anything besides NTLite working for 24h2?

    Anyone knows how to remove staged appx? For example store etc. I have iso from uwpdump and have problem removing it. Is there any clean way to do this?

    you can use ConvertConfig.ini file before runing uupdump script and dont include appx

    You don’t need msmg toolkit to deal with 24h2 just use config script before you download from uupdump remove bloat you don’t want, then after you install 24h2 use darkdino script to make few more useful tweaks. I ain’t using windows no more lmao.

    Hello fellow forum members. I am trying to debloat Windows 11, version 24H2 (26100.2605) Enterprise which I downloaded from UUP Dump website.

    Can you please confirm if the current version of this tool will work in my case? If not what are my options?

    To remove unwanted components I believe I will have to use DISM method (RemoveAppsList.txt) to remove these components.
    According to the Toolkit
    If anyone has a list/template of these parent package names that I can add to RemoveAppsList.txt file then please share as it will be a massive help for me.
