I have a folder called SXSv1 that contains some stuff, Auntie Mel's something-or-other - I ran it after installing 17763.1 on my desktop and got the files you're looking for. I can't get them to work properly after installing on Server 2019. Let me know if the language you need is en-US, that is the one I have, I'll put it somewhere you can get it.

@ All I have finished processing Windows 10 Redstone 5 (en-GB + en-US) x86 + x64 Component removal data, next step is to convert the data into code and test it for any errors. This may take few more days, until then please do wait and have patience.
