Command prompt would be SHIFT+F10. I'm sure someone will post the complete DISM command soon, but it's possibly the /Set-Edition switch together with supplying the default Pro Retail key (and /AcceptEULA).

You said that you have a new computer that already has Windows 10 Home installed, so this computer is at the stage where you only need to add a user and configure depending on whether you use an online Microsoft account or a local account. Everything is already installed.
Now the system will be registered, a user account will be created and then you can open it and only after that can go to the Pro version as I said above. There is nothing else you can do or is not need to do.
Of course you can give up everything and format your drive, but I don't see why if you already have exactly what you want installed.
At moment only the Home version is activated/will be activated, which means that some functions and features are simply disabled and hidden in the Home version. Above given method gives You possibility to open also all already installed Pro options. But only this Pro will not be automaticaly activated, You need activate it yourself with key if you have one or use what ever other method. That's it.

Just use an ISO/USB with Pro and install Pro* or finish setting up the system with the pre-installed OS and read this:
    https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...anguage-to-pro-or-any-other-higher-sku.85294/

*Use a pid.txt with the pro key or a ei.cfg to be able to install Pro on a system with Home pre-installed.
