Based on the logs? IMO it appears to be something with the product key. The logs are linked in post 3301. They include: Spoiler: Errors 2019-04-22 03:29:30, Error [0x060127] IBS Callback_Productkey_Validate: Unknown error while attempting to validate the product key. I didn't. The autounattend was vanilla. Using the autounattend without the insert product key lines did not alter the problem. I am giong to install without autounattend.
I tried replacing ei.cfg to be sure. The system was a Dell XPS 17 L702X. Both drives were zero written. I removed the second drive and everything was fine. I will reinstall another this weekend. If the same problem is present I will report it. I have not had issues with dual-drive computers in the past.
Me also, I have SSD and HDD, The installation was completed. Maybe in your Bios or Sata connection on your mother board
Are you using a computer with Octane (or Optane not sure of the name) ? If yes, you must : - Enable SATA mode : RST with Optane - Disable Optane in the now available Optane menu - Install Windows 10 as usual on the HDD - Install the Optane drivers - Manually inject the Optane drivers into Winre since the installation tool can't do it in audit mode - Enable Optane from Windows - Run my tools as usual
Hi everyone! I am working on a new version. It should allow the injecting of drivers into WindowsRE for computer requiring special drivers (touch screen, SATA, etc.) I would like also to change the color scheme and icons of the menu in Windows 10. Any good sources for open-source icons ? Alos, I would like to add some tools to the menu to help an end user to fix problem on the computer. I am thinking about adding the PortableApps version of ClamWim. I would like also to add an undelete software. Saddly, Recuva cannot not be redistributed and cannot be used in a corporate environment, so it is a no go. Any open-source undelete software for Windows ?
Here a version Mount+Copy, for WinRE and Boot wim's : https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...zation-pack-2014-r2.58288/page-4#post-1128201
DaRT 10 is an important part of the Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) [...] The Microsoft Desktop Optimization Pack (MDOP) is a portfolio of technologies available as a subscription for Software Assurance customers. Sorry. Not free. I cannot put that in my tools!
Hi everyone. Version 4.2.0 is nearly completed. I "just" have to completely test it in Vmware (full Windows 1903 install + Recovery creation + Media creation + USB restore). What has changed : - Added ClamWim Portable to the recovery menu (to reduce size, virus definition would be DL on first use) - Added KickassUndelete in the recovery menu - Changed the icons and color for Windows 10 menu - Updated DoubleCommander in Windows 7/8/10 - Had to remove Italian translation in Windows 10 due to new menu options - Support for Windows 1903 (The do not distribute package will also have the new Scanstate files) - Modified script to create recovery media. Hope it will fix the Error #4 I had sometime - Drivers injection in WinRE to support SATA/Network not supported by default (like for Intel Optane) Also, due to the end of life of Windows in January 2020 and the low popularity of Windows 8/8.1, I decided to drop support for theses OS. The script will still include everything for theses OS but I won't offer any support neither I will update them if they stop working in a later time.
