Office 2010 Starter Offline Setup Tool

Yes, the SetupConsumerC2ROLW-el-gr.exe (main setup executable) was never downloaded with the tool but was provided by various members here.

 

Ok, I already have it. Does it have to be a specific version? I have these packages here

No. I have the latest, 7107, but any will do.

I've tested this week, and it's downloading all the files normally, even the "SetupConsumerC2ROWL" (at least in pt-br). For those who had problems before, try again to see if it's working for you too.

 

Just tested for 3 languages, including yours and the Office 2010 Starter Offline Setup Tool v1.4 says it cannot download the "PackageProperties.xml" file (forbidden).
Manually also i get an access denied. "You don't have permission to access xxxfile"

 

I just tested Offline Setup Tool in my native language (danish) and also here everything went smoothly.
Everything was downloaded including SetupConsumerC2ROLW.exe

 

Fixed.
It seems that the AdGuard DNS servers i had on my router were causing this!
