Hello Serg008, I have tried to flash that exact bios without success. At first I thought it was the included flasher not being x64 compatible so I tried a more recent
version and it just threw a different error. The error says.....BIOS update failed! Image verification failed.
Required device or platform function is not present. Error code -142. I am trying to flash thru windows 7 64 bit and the laptop came with Vista x32.
    Could that be the problem?
    Thanks,
    budzos

First one I have lost. Not even sure what happened. Flashed successfully but never came back after reboot.
    Must of been its time.

Very strange to hear it - it was a very simple mod.
Are you sure that this BIOS is suitable for your laptop?
If there is any activity when you turn it on, try Phoenix BIOS recovery proc. https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/bios-recovery-procedures.870/

Starts with a black screen and then just kind of hangs there.
I already have way to much time invested in this but I will try this last thing before I strip it for parts.
    Thanks for the link Serg008
