I was reading his posts in early March, where he was using his phone to talk with friends at MDL, while lying in a hospital bed. He was a beacon of good cheer to the very end. His loss saddens me.
Dear Nigel mxman2k, When i saw the proof of your passing on i was litterally shocked, although there were some warning signs it still was pretty suddenly. With all the "false" alerts the last few months you slipped thru everytime, we weren't prepared it could be the real thing so soon. You really were my buddy and best friend and i will miss you and our daily conversations very much. Your passing on will leave a big gap in my live, i never could guess that this would be the last time i will send you these last words. Sleep well, old chap rest in peace
Thanks Enthousiast for the very nice message you sent here about Nigel. I don't know if you and the others are also affected by it, but I have been devastated for 2 days, by his passing. It feels like a family member of mine has passed away. Nigel was busy with the MRP Project every day, that was his life besides his work. Enthousiast, you will also miss it, that a while ago you were testing a Windows for the MRP project every day. I myself have also tested a Dutch Windows for Nigel very often. And Nigel has done a lot for me, I have chatted with him for 60 pages. I miss him very much already. Nigel thanks for everything. And something else Nigel was 59 years old, he would have turned 60 in August. Greetings
Farewell, dear @mxman2k You will be missed. I did'nt know him like you guys, but he was friendly and nice to everyone.
It's really sad. He was a good man and kept working even in his last days. May he be happy in heaven.
I've had 2 people pass away this month that I've known in real life, and hearing about mxman2k passing away ruined me entirely, I cannot really think of anything else except his passing, I really feel bad. Hearing someone pass away who was really close with me makes me think of him my whole life, I can never get over it
