Set Network Printer Driver Based On Standard TCP/IP Port: Network printers are automatically configured and their drivers are then based on WSD (Web Services for Devices) port. Example: Printer: NPI3E1E17 (HP Color LaserJet CM2320fxi MFP) Port Name: WSD-8498c193-021a-43d2-a14f-e1c90a5e59f3.006f Port Type: Port WSD But to avoid "Printer Offline" error it could be useful to add driver based on standard TCP/IP port. Example: Printer: HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series PCL 6 Port Name: HPColorLaserJetCM2320fxiMFP Port Type: HP Standard TCP/IP Port Printer Name or IP: dhcppc9 Procedure to do that: 1. Run: \Administration Tools, go to: \Printer Management\Print Servers\[Computer Name]_(Local)\Ports 2. Add Standard TCP/IP Port. Example: a) Port Name: HPColorLaserJetCM2320fxiMFP b) Printer Name or IP: dhcppc9 3. Run: \Administration Tools, go to: \Printer Management\Print Servers\[Computer Name]_(Local)\Printers 4. Add Printer, select "Use current port" and then select newly created standard TCP/IP port, after that select "Use current driver". Example: a) Printer: HP Color LaserJet CM2320 MFP Series PCL 6 5. Run: \Control Panels\Devices And Printers, right click on created printer and select "Set as Default"

Plus, i attached another bonus content, which is ICDV-30157 here is the link, anyway: hxxp://pastebin.com/bzWHufpP
Saki Nakamura - ICDV-30157 is a japanese junior idol video lol go download it and you'll love it... it's still windows related though, since Saki Nakamura is as beautiful as Windows lol
Hint, how to work more effectively with QuickLaunch instead TaskbarPins: How to transfer from TaskbarPins to QuickLaunch: 1. Unpin all apps from takbar. 2. Right click on taskbar, select Toolbars, select New toolbar, point to the folder: "\Users\[USERNAME]\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Internet Explorer\Quick Launch\" 3. Move shortcuts into Taskbar\Toolbar area or into "Quick Launch" folder above. You will get: A. More space (click on picture below: QuickLaunch is up, TaskbarPins are down) B. Ability to "Run application as Administrator" (by right click). C. Easy running of multiple instances. Wanna run FileExplorer 4x? Just click 4x. This is quite important on touch displays/devices. D. Independent running: For example with TaskbarPins and "wuapp" running, it is difficult to run other Control Panel applet. Same it is with FileExplorer/ControlPanel. There are NO such troubles with QuickLaunch. E. You can place folders too in QuickLaunch. BTW: Metro applications can be put to QuickLaunch easily too. I'll show it in the next post.
