Safe way to get rid of updating to Windows 10

Am I right to assume that I'm safe of all the crap updates by MS on Win 7 Enterprise even if they are installed? Do I need to take some measures even for telemetry? Can I install optional updates safely?

hi dude, gwx control panel don´t works here M$ always return with new devil updates without more explanations, trust me seen brainwash or better compelled as slave for use Windows 10 in all manner look my thread on Windows 8 section

 

You are safe from upgrade, but telemetry-related updates will do there job and collect diagnostic data
it's better to disable there tasks:

Won't those telemetry updates collect data only if I opted-in 'Windows Customer Experience Improvement Program' (setting of which are in Action Center)?

That was at the beginning , now they will run/collect data regardless of CEIP status

 

so for windows 7 what sciprt do I make. I did that one for blocking diagnostic. Copied the code and name it .cmd but what is this look at spoiler thing and add code. I don't see the code. I am on windows 7 btw. I am slow due to brain trauma all help and patience is appreciated

can someone post a full cmd prompt to delete all the bad items in the pc. I tried to collect everything but I dont know if I did well.

I personally use "Sledgehammer" script to disable Windows update and works well, but to avoid Windows 10 upgrade you can try with StopUpdates10:

About data collection on 7 & 8 you can search for this: "Remove telemetry updates for Windows 7 and 8.1 · GitHub" this deletes all 7/8 updates containing data collection
