Updates left on WU after using simplix pack will either be unneeded/superseded/replaced or contain telemetry, or just to satisfy WU.
@Bruno A. Vieira IMHO, if you're using the update pack, I see no good reason why you'd want WU to be "happy".
WARNING!!!!!!!!!!!! BACKUP SYSTEM BEFORE USING UPDATE i might be the only one with this Problem. But i guess i should say be CAREFULL... i installed teh Update, rebootet, error configuring updates and then the MBR was gone.. Windows could not be found anymore, even Windows repair didnt get it to work again.. Thank God i had made a full Backup before updating... My PC is up and running again, but im afraid to try the UpdatePack again... Hopefully i will be the only one with this Problem.. so please be Carefull-....
Maybe it's time to install the last stable pack (or stay where you are if you're already on it) and then stop updating Windows 7 until a known stable update pack is released.
wow.... Well that explains my PROBLEM with this Update... Thanks for the Heads up But its True, MS Updates are getting worse and worse.. I am glad to make weekly "Full" Backups and clone the HDD... If not, i had to reinstall windows right now.. Just F... Y.. Microsoft.... And THANK YOU SIMPLIX...

ATTENTION MS SEPTEMBER UPDATE FOR WIN 7 MAKES SYSTEM UN BUTABLE. I updated just 3 security updates, and my system did not reboot after update ! Fortunately I had a USB stick with Macrium Reflect Recovery, and it has a special function for this type of problems.
I said that, because of security rollups and possibly missing servicing stack. It didn't happen with 19.7.15. It wasn't just some update about "telemetry", IIRC. That was after Windows 7 complained about needing to revert changes, with is clearly an indication that something's wrong. (19.8.xx) I apologize. At this point, with 19.7.15 currently installed in live mode, I'm soon going to attempt an integration. I just didn't want to yet, as it's not 2020 yet. And I will see if I can start checking the updates with DISM instead, for now on.
