What do you mean by repackaging a bitdefender iso?

W10 Tweaker?

 

And what is the latest version compatible with W10?

At the end of creating custom rom, i reactivate bitdefender, and it detect W10 Tweaker positive, but with many many Antivirus..so i want to know, for what is for this program, if i incorporate in my iso

 

I have never used this app. I suggest not incorporating it.
