Look at #1 - different tools and different how-to are listed.
Main tool (smv.exe) and the basic for creating a svf file (diff patch/delta patch etc. - "A dear child has many names”) is still the same.

assuming i create en patch which files i need to convert it to other langauges

so just who have the langauges isos can create the svf patchs for others
well i guess the idea is that using svf file much simple then to find and download the iso
but you depends on some1 to do it for you

sudo chmod +x path/to/the/file/called/smv

 

Yes. If the path is anywhere inside your home directory, you don't need sudo. Here though, smv was already executable, so I did not have to use chmod.
