That's the reason, you have to remove the -compressratio switch from the script and create another .svf file on the x64 system to compare correctly. Edit: Either way you will get a larger file on the x86 system because the default compression ratio is lower than the one specified via the compressratio setting. You can try to keep the compressratio setting and remove the -nbhashbits from the script in the x86 system.
Hi Neither of the 2 options worked for me. SVFtoSFX_370_x86.exe I got the following files in the same folder: Code: en_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_april_2019_x64_dvd_b6a14039.iso [es-es]_es_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_april_2019_x86_dvd_fee661e2.svf I execute SVFtoSFX_370_x86.exe file and this is the messages that show up during the process: Code: =============================================================================== This script will create SFX patches for all SVF files in the current folder. Option V is for Verbose output. =============================================================================== Proceed ? (Y/N/V): Y Creating 7z file for [es-es]_es_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_april_2019_x86_dvd_fee661e2.svf Creating SFX for [es-es]_es_windows_10_consumer_edition_version_1809_updated_april_2019_x86_dvd_fee661e2.exe =============================================================================== Process complete. Press any key to exit. =============================================================================== The program created an .exe, I understand this isn't correct, is it?. I also tried twice with _batch_extract.bat (the _smv.exe file is also in the same folder). The program didn't do nothing, any file was created or modified. Thanks
You have x64 source iso and x86 patch, both need to be of the same architecture It's correct, when you put the correct source iso next to the exe patch, run the patch.
Ouch...my mistake, thanks. I placed the right file in the folder and run the patch again. It generates the .exe file. You say it's correct but you didn't mention anything about an .exe file in this post.
Sorry but I don't understand @Enthousiast, what do I have to do once the patch generates the .exe file?.
Ok!!, so easy like that . Sorry for bothering and not think a little bit more. Thanks for the patience.
