I disabled it with my .iso creation tool and then used the Win 10 Toggle Tweaker's disable for good measure once done installing all drivers. Start Menu search still works and I don't see anything running in the details or services tabs to indicate it's running.
Hey Dude, if you want Winders 10 to work, quit messing with it, everything you turn off/uninstall effects something else.
i have been using 10 without the start menu, i disabled a service, with some carefully placed shortcuts, i rarely use it on 10 or 7.

Classic Shell is good but its default themes do not match the look of Windows 10. I need to make several adjustments to leave it the way I like it. Start10 has too many settings that I do not need. I just want to have the search in the start menu working after removing Cortana. Startisback works great with default settings and the look is amazing
aside that the midnight skin is way better than the default one, good computing is about choices, and cs provides more of them. I personally liked the style from windows XP menu, never got why people like the new design, I like it simple
xp's is better than 7 and 10, but i am managing to work without using a start menu at all. but i would prefer 7's to be like xp though, but i am not going to add 3rd party tools for it, so i make do
