There is no command i mentioned the workaround is to install CU offline, which bypass the SupplementalServicingAI check
oh sorry I misunderstood. So just install the CU offline and disable Windows update should do the trick I guess but my only issue with disabling Windows update is that the Store app won't work and my MSI laptop uses an app called Nahimic for the audio enhancements which is only available on the Store. That's what's preventing me from doing this.
You don't have to disable the service, just set policy to manual or disable it's not intrusive like 1803 & 1809
Is it possible to block updates through modem, firewall or whatever which deals with internet blocking a source from where updates comes?
Just give https://forums.mydigitallife.net/threads/stopwinupdates.77026/ a try, you can disable update while store and windows security working
well abbodi1406 it looks like Microsoft is doing something similar to the recent June 2019 updates for v1607 as the recent KB4503267 cumulative security update fails to install 100% (got message "We couldn't complete the updates. Undoing changes") on a test PC running Win10 Education v1607 but had the KB4503537 servicing stack update installed. although first time I tried to install KB4503267 CU on v1607 but had an older SSU and got a message "This update is not applicable to your computer" for KB4503267. Looks like these new 1607 CUs do check to see if recent SSUs like KB4503537 or KB4498947 are installed and will refuse to install if using old SSUs (MS seems to get smart on this). maybe integrating/slipstreaming recent CUs like KB4494440 onward onto 1607 install media may still work
Education and Enterprise are out of support, only Server & EnterpriseS are allowed SKUs that, and Clovertrail devices
