That empty (look at the ScanME.dpr source) compiled exe getting detection of some AV, where the file doing exactly nothing (it just show the console window and closes itself).

It's hard to test this option in Vmware after MS removed driver online check in device manager, until someone can test it in a real pc you can use WuMgr to manage updates while all updates are disabled by StopWinUpdates only
Because I usually use this option of SWU for my Windows (Build 19043 and before - from build 10240). It's work perfectly but when i use for new build 19044 LTSC, i don't see my PC auto download + install driver in background and keep Windows Update disabled. Yes. although MS removed driver online check in device manager but SWU still work perfectly. Let me try to find another way in my PC and if i have any idea, i'll post here! Yes, i tried to export this registry from a stable Win10 2004. So let me try to install Win 10 21H2 again and re-check
