I don't know I don't use Store or blocking Updates. It is just program for those who want to block updates.
what antivirus (AV) program are you using? add an "exception" or add to Ignore/Trust list in your AV app
First post updated to v2.9 - Seprated hide windows update setting from disabling update since "view uninstalled updates" moved to windows update tab in win11 (After you unhide windows update in settings, open control panel then "Programs and Features" then view uninstalled updates) - Added option to hide or unhide windows update and delivery optimization from settings
Softpedia link removed from first post since they don't want to add the update because of false positive detection I protected the file more from being extracted also using modified inno setup that have more options, that triggers some Antivirus products, nothing more Waiting a few days to see if majorgeeks will update the page or not, if not i will remove the link from first post too I been using this tool my self daily and it's clean, it's up to everyone to use/trust it or not This is a false positive
C'mon guys, stop being paranoid. It's Baltagy, our all time buddy. He has been developing this tool for YEARS! He's not sneaking up malware into your porn. He's using a compression algorithm that AV's doesn't like, that's all. I've been using this for years, and is pretty excellent tool. Oh, BTW, I wanted to ask, @BALTAGY . There are days where Windows Update triggers and starts hogging CPU (around 30% more or less) until it stops, takes around half an hour for it to stop. I'm using version 2.8, and Windows Updates doesn't try to install anything automatically, it's just this... Any explanation why? Cheers!

Ah well, seems normal then (Stupid Wiondows Updates XD) So far installed 22H2 and SWU 2.9, working flawlessly as usual!

First post updated to v3.0 Disable Delivery Optimization now disable the Delivery Optimization service not only by registry
