older version is better with no AV detection

 

if you want to disable windows updates open regedit
go here
Computer\HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows NT\CurrentVersion\Svchost
then on the right side find netsvcs double click on it
scroll down find Usosvc and remove it, reboot and updates will be disabled then to enable updates just add Usosvc to netsvcs reboot and updates will be enabled.

 

I only want to disable auto downloading language related components,what entries to add to the regeistry,sincerely ask for advice.

@Sk4t3 That is a different tool, it's mentioned in the credits section, which means "StopWinUpdates" author BALTAGY took some ideas from "StopUpdates10" software.
