    Hello,
    I have a HP Probook 450 G2 on which I'm trying to add 32GB m.2 ssd as a hdd cache using intel rapid storage / intel smart response. In order to activate hdd cache sata mode needs to be changed in bios from AHCI to RAID before caching option becomes available in Intel Rapid Storage Application. My problem is that the only option available in bios is AHCI (no IDE or RAID listed there).
    It is possible to modify bios to make RAID option available in BIOS?

    System Info:
    System Manufacturer Hewlett-Packard
    System Model HP ProBook 450 G2

    0x14117 End If {29 02}
    0x14119 End If {29 02}

    so RAID option is suppressed in bios.

    Any hint on how to enable this option will be very appreciated (I work in IT field but I have no experience with modifying bios.)

    Thanks.
