    Thanks. I decided to enable the onboard audio on my ROG Strix Z370-E motherboard after more than a year of not having it enabled because I'm using a sound blaster Zx card. I have a problem with channels being quieter than others on the digital output and I have almost pin point the fault in that I have it connected to an PCIe x4 connector instead of x1. I want to try to the new UAD drivers and your modifications to see if I can get Dolby Digital and/or DTS on the digital output with the onboard sound, which was a pain before and I quit trying when I decided to stay with the sound blaster card.

    Are you newest UAD drivers able to do encode DD or DTS to the digital output? I have seen some screenshots in the Asus ROG forums of the sonic studio ui showing an option called Upmix/Surround but I'm not sure what motherboard or onboard chip was the user using. Any comments on your drivers and being able to do this? I will try them in a few hours and hopefully they can.

    Thanks a million MoKiChU! I had nothing but issues with the official "latest" drivers for my ROG Z390-F Gaming motherboard, and couldn't get Sonic Studio 3 to work at all.
    Figures installing the one provided by you here would work straight up, no issues whatsoever :)

    Realtek HD Audio Driver 6.0.8882.1 FF01 (not generic, non-WHQL; includes Intel HDA SST bus driver for Win10 x64; works for many Compaq/HP computers with Realtek HD audio)

    8882_PG475_HDAudio_FF01_iSST_KBL_4187_64bit_Tesla2 (links removed; a WHQL'ed version was made several days later which is mentioned in my later post)

    PackageVersion = PG475
    DriverVer=01/16/2020, 6.0.8882.1

    Currently using this 8882 FF01 HDA driver on my old HP desktop computer
