Thanks, I guess I was right and that machine requires a fresh windows anyway.
Using your drivers on my x470 rog crosshair vii hero as well and they've fixed a bunch of issues I had, appreciate the effort you're putting in!

@MoKiChU Thank you so much for your hard work on this. I really thankful to you.

Just one recommendation. In your latest drivers you deleted setup exe and added bat scripts. Can you add "pause" before restarting the device?

I was installing something else while installing your driver and it just restarted immediately. A small message like "press a button to restart" or a countdown for a minute will be ok i guess.

Thank you again for your hard work on this!

@MoKiChU I'm sorry, but I cant decide from all the information which one I should take. I have checked your latest update post mentioned above (https://forums.mydigitallife.net/th...h-definition-audio.72236/page-84#post-1595222), but I cant see which one would work on my motherboard.

I have a Asus Prime X370 Pro ( Realtek S1220A), but I have no idea what SS3, DTSX, RTK etc is. Is that something which you can choose? Or is that linked to the specific motherboard you have? Is there only one compatible with my mobo? Which one should I take?

Hi, I have the Prime x470 Pro and I use UAD Asus Prime RTK drivers from MoKiChU. Follow carefully the instruction while installing the driver.

Thanks! Worked like a charm! (except I had to manually install the Realtek Audio Console, but followed your link, installed it, and it works as well)

In any case you use the right drivers/apps for your motherboard. Now in terms of the configuration of your audio stuff, I let someone answer who has the same audio stuff as you, because I'm use UAD drivers and I don't have/use 5.1 audio stuff (only stereo speakers/headphone with Upmix/Surround enabled on SS3).

I know the root cause of your issue, your motherboard uses an exotic combination of ASRock Main Driver & White Extension Driver (White is an ASRock white-label which is not supported by my drivers packages).

@ ASRock users : In view of the too many number of possible combinations/configurations for ASRock motherboards, and in order to avoid any inconvenience, I removed all the ASRock drivers posts or related posts from the thread.

Hey @MoKiChU i appreciate what you are doing but it's very confusing to download since there is no information on the release notes of realtek hd audio driver. I don't know what to download anymore :/

    Hi,

Realtek never provides changelog, however I can tell you in general that the changes are adds of new hardware IDs, bug/security fixes, improvement of the sound spectrum, support for new games/apps/OS etc ...

Start by telling us which hardware you have and which build of Windows 10 you are using.

Well it is a good thing I downloaded already. I have an ASRock AB350 Pro 4 MB, and none of your drivers worked for me except the last one for ASRock you had linked. That one works like a charm, and I hope for future updates.
