Hello, I added the update and driver to all indexes of install.wim and boot.wim, in official Windows 7 (with SP1) installation files. I can use my mouse and keyboard in the Windows Setup, but they stop working after the installation reboots. Please help me fix this. EDIT: Nvm. The older version of this driver works.
Nice!!!! Would be great as I have big plotter with XP drivers only but for 32-bit system, which XP is possible to install there 64 or 32?
Dear Daniel_k, Hi all Thank you so much for this good release an for your efforts to revive our good Windows 7 ! i for me hate Windows 10, sorry for the developers i do have unfortunately an UEFI Class 3 Syst (Thinkpad X1 Tablet Gen 3) Legacy & CSM Bios have been deleted for ever ( im so frustrated to not use your new 3xhci usb3 driver for Windows 7 as the installation won't start, it's stuck in W7 Logo Now after painful search i know that the pb is the Acpi.sys driver incompatible with modern Motherboards Please for sake of God, is there any hope to hack this file or backport it from Win8 or so to make it functioning May God Bless you and Windows 7 Dave
since the win7 updates are out of the way then, do the xhci drivers have to be injected in an image or does it work on a live system? (regarding OPs first post)
my win7 install from a c2q machine booted with no problems on a new 5600x/x570 asus board sytem, except mouse/kb are dead as soon as win7 kicks in so now im going to install canonkong's driver package from earlier in the thread onto the live install with driver store explorer. am i going the right way?
There was updated usbhub3.sys to 6.2.9200.24610 (win8_ldr.231112-1700). Sad is we get only x64 one as 8.0 x86 updates were stopped on 07-2023 with KB5028232 as latest known CU
this is so BS, win7 was still being updated after x570 boards were already out edit: holy crap, it worked
