Anyone got Windows 11 Installation working in VMWare Workstation 16?

I've tried via PC Health Check/Installation Media: TPM 2.0 and CPU requirement not met. I don't know why Ryzen 1700 is not supported but 2700 is? It's almost the same thing.

I've tried via .ISO but I'm getting "This PC can't run Windows 11".

Run any of the known boot or upgrade fixes and you should be able to run all 22000+dev channel builds.

I had the same problem and solved it by enable TPM and Secure Boot for the VM. Can't post links yet but search for "enable-tpm-secure-boot-vmware-install-windows-11" and you will find the guide written by pureinfotech.

Yes that's correct, so before you start the VM you have to enter a password.
