But from my experience, most people who have Macs, don't know that much about computers, so when the get malware, they have no idea how they got it. Plus, most people who have macs THINK they know more than Window users and mast people who own macs have money because you have to buy everything from Apple. That's why more people use Windows.

I was totally ignorant to any apple products, but like most of us, I tried and am never going back. It's super user-friendly and comfortable so use, can't go back to windows or android it's too disturbing haha

I agree with you with iPhones, iPads and Watches, but Apple computers are for those who almost know nothing about computers and you are stuck with Apple tells you.

If I was having that issue, I would go to Apple Support or have them call me when I had time, and they would walk me through any issues I had. Also, what other apps do you have running that may be causing this issue.

Personally, Apple has been very willing to help me when I had any issues, which were only two or three times in the last ten years.

If you re-read my post, I said this issue existed on the 2 Android phones I had. Idk if it’s normal. Otherwise I didn’t have issues. I think the new Samsung phones are reliable, most ppl who purchase android phones purchase cheaper ones.

Have you ever owned an Android?

Yes, two of them. I disliked how the Android OS was set up. I found it difficult to find apps.

Apple doesn't slow down older iPhones. If I had a Pentium computer today and installed Windows 10, it will run a lot slower then a more modern computer. New CPU, faster memory. The same goes for all smart phones, not just Apple.

This does not compare, Apple do not allow new iOS versions on old hardware anyways. It slowed down a few years later with the older version, I noticed. In fact it was in the news Apple slow down old iPhones.

BTW i have an iPhone and a mac, but I do not think that windows or Android are rubbish.

Neither do I, and I asked the same question to Apple. I'm a BETA tester for Apple iOS.

Apple doesn't slow down the HARDWARE (iPhone), they make their iOS use the features of their NEW iDevices. Just like using the latest version of Windows on an older computer using a Pentium CPU. There is no way anyone can slow down HARDWARE. That's why a lot of people using older iDevices don't update to the iOS because it becomes too slow to use.

Helping a friend with new IPAD. Trying to play videos she had recorded. Totally illogical to use TV App, wade past all the bought rubbish, and then found in libraries.

No proper file browser. Apple just want users to rely on them and pay for the privilege.
